The Sun and Jupiter conjunct in Sagittarius at 11:34pm (MST). The Sun conjunct Jupiter in Sagittarius occurs every 12 years as Jupiter spends one year in each sign and the Sun would conjunct it once during that year in a particular sign. In the sign of Sagittarius, Sun/Jupiter inspires us to confidently express ourselves; trusting what we initiate will have a positive outcome. We can develop ideas at this time and integrate new philosophical perspectives which enhance our lives. Jupiter has a way of over expanding at times, therefor its helpful to reign in over reaching beyond our means. We may feel so enthusiastic when it comes to our perspective we may feel it is right for everyone.

Neptune, having moved direct, is harmonizing with the Cancer Moon; allowing us to express ourselves in relationship to the ideals we hold or ones which need to be changed; which we may have begun to understand when Mercury moved retrograde in Sagittarius earlier in the month. In general we can respond to the world in a compassionate way.
The Moon in Cancer opposes Pluto in Capricorn for the remainder of the night. We have the opportunity to identify with the deeper emotions which move through us.
