Good Morning!
The Moon remains Void of Course this morning until 1:17pm (MST). VOC Moon times allow us to feel the less directed energy as the Moon is no longer making any angular aspects to any other planets. It’s a good time to focus on unfinished projects, avoiding beginning anything brand new or making purchases. Spiritual centering and letting life flow are good ways to work with this energy.
The Moon moves into the sign of Capricorn and trines Uranus in Taurus until 3:07pm (MST). It’s time to focus on creating order and structure in our lives. Our emotional response to the world is more mature and serious. With the Moon tiring Uranus in Taurus, we may be receiving insight into new and changing ways of being in relationship, making money, our attachment to material possessions, and our self worth.
From Iamandco.com, “(With) Uranus…in the comfort and security loving Taurus (a zodiac sign associated with the grounded and stabilizing element of earth) over the next seven years we should not only expect to see sweeping changes and innovations when it comes to our material resources like money, our physical bodies, and planet Earth itself, but we should also expect changes in how we deal with change. As a fixed sign (aka stubborn, determined), Taurus isn’t so comfortable with change, preferring things to stay familiar and as close to routine as possible. Yet, the other things that Taurus favors are abundance and growth, and if we’re going to have either, we’re going to have to be willing to change for the better.”
Venus retrograde in Scorpio (through November 15th, 2018) is adding an intensity to this process of change; helping us to release and let go of old ways of operating in relationship. We are also able to become more in touch with what we truly desire in relationship, allowing that to guide us through these changes. How to incorporate change without sacrificing our deep values in relationship is the key.
From SallyKirkman.com, “Remember too that Scorpio rules power and transformation. Therefore, this can be a wonderful transit…, enabling you to channel your feminine energy into extraordinary feats that lead to transcendence. Scorpio’s task is to decide how to use its power, not to descend into evil but to use its force for good effect in the world.”
The Moon and Saturn conjunct in Capricorn until 8:40pm (MST). We can put our energy toward accomplishing what needs to get done. The seriousness and single pointed focus of Saturn helps block any emotional distraction and allows us to do the work. We can also come to some grounded conclusions as the emotions are more mature and we are willing to be responsible.
The Moon in Capricorn sextiles Mercury in Scorpio for the remainder of the night. This is a good time for communicating our deeper desires while employing the maturity of Moon in Capricorn.
Make it a great day!
