The Moon remains in Scorpio and conjuncts Jupiter all day until 5:12pm (MST). Jupiter is symbolic of expanding our understanding, our perspective and increasing knowledge through new experiences. Jupiter also represents optimism, growth and abundance. Scorpio is about looking deeply into our unconscious; discovering our deep desires as well as our strengths and weaknesses which lay hidden in the shadow parts of our psyches. Scorpio requires we heal through the process of emotionally letting go; transforming and freeing up our power.

Water signs encompass feelings and emotions, and Jupiter in a Water sign teaches us to embrace our emotions–to understand them, go with our feelings, and express them on a social level. Today the Moon activates Jupiter in Scorpio, allowing us to get in touch with and express all that Jupiter in Scorpio means for us. Because this is occurring while other influences are happening, such as Venus Retrograde in Scorpio, the Sun squaring Pluto (which I describe below), and the North Node almost leaving Leo, this can be a very powerful time of emotional healing and growing towards our hearts desires. Stay on the higher vibration of Scorpio, avoiding the temptation of expressing jealousy, manipulation or power trips in relationships in order to avoid emotional transformation. Face the Truth and you will be rewarded.
The Moon moves Void of Course for the remainder of the night. We may feel like taking a break from our responsibilities. Practicing ‘going with the flow’ is a great way to invite the VOC Moon energy into our lives as the Moon is not being influenced by other planetary energy, creating less dynamic emotional expression.
The Sun in Libra squares Pluto in Capricorn at 10:07pm (MST). This energy is potent at this time as we are experiencing all the other dynamic planetary energies occurring. The Sun is the expression of our individuality while Pluto, which rules Scorpio, is a powerful energy symbolizing transformation, reprogramming and our deep passions. The Sun in Libra wants to find balance, harmony and fairness in our relationships while Pluto in Capricorn transforms the institutions and structures which govern our lives. Pluto in Capricorn requires transforming by being responsible and requires we stand in our personal authority. This time requires deep self reflection and honesty. We cannot scarifie our true desires for the sake of keeping the peace as those deep passions will be forced underground and acted out in unconscious ways. Be truthful with ourselves and others as this will lead us down the path we truly want to go.
