Good Morning!
The Moon has moved into the sign of Leo; focusing our need to be recognized and loved as well as our ability to respond to the world with kindness and generosity.
The Moon in Leo squares Uranus in Taurus until 11:30am (MST). This can bring unique feelings of wanting to express our emotions warmly, focused on our personal need for attention, while strongly identifying with our urge for freedom and independence. This can be a time of bringing things to the surface as long as we can refrain from feeling overly attached (especially if we fear what others will think about us); unable to incorporate new ways of doing things.
The Moon in Leo squares Jupiter in Scorpio for the remainder of the day/night. How do we expression our emotions with dignity while incorporating truthful perspective which expands our world and others? Be aware of over exaggerated feelings based on the need for love or attention. Moon in Leo focuses on the needs of the self while Jupiter in Scorpio demands we transform intense desires (the Shadow).
The big news is that Saturn has moved direct this morning at 5:10am (MST)! This is a significant shift, as Saturn has been retrograde for the past 5 months; since mid-April 2018. As with any retrograde cycle, we are given the opportunity to re-evaluate our relationship to the planetary energy which is retrograde. Saturn is the archetype of work, effort, responsibility, goals and personal authority. In the sign of Capricorn, this archetype is expressed as diligence, self-discipline, caution, discipline and plain old hard work. When Saturn is retrograde we are asked to slow down and pay more attention to how we are expressing ourselves through work.
From Refinery29.com, “Often referred to as the disciplinarian of the solar system, Saturn touches our goals, accomplishments, and sense of responsibility. When it’s retrograde, it demands extra caution in these areas of our lives, urging us to double-check our work, thoroughly think over any major decisions, and plan meticulously for the future.”
Now that Saturn is direct, Refinery29.com continues, “…all the hard and careful work you put in since April will start to pay off…The fruits of your labor will start to sprout up in the coming months.”
I would add that we have had the opportunity, during Saturn retrograde, to get in touch with our personal authority (Saturn) and we now have the ‘green light’ to redefine our goals and move forward with focus, determination and personal honor. The house which Saturn rules and is transiting in your chart will give you more information as to what area of life Saturn direct is effecting.
Make it a great day!
